NOVAFIN FINANCIERA S.A.




FINCOMEX LTD.is a private registered company in Jersey, Channel Island of Great Britain.

The institution actively intervenes in the financing of trade operations with suppliers and important producers of many countries and keeps a relationship with first class European Banks, channelling important business turnovers.

By means of Resolution No.17, of 1997, Banco Central de Cuba issued FINCOMEX LTD a License, authorising it to establish a Representative Office in Cuba to manage,

promote and coordinate profit-making activities related to the financial intermediation business with the entities established in the national territory, including those which have foreign capital participation.

It was the first foreign non-banking financial institution to establish business in Cuba, even before the restructuring process of the national system and keeping up significant support to different sectors of the national economy, specially to the sugar industry.

 




Novafin Financiere S.A. Novafin Financiere is a Swiss financial company created on May 23, 1989 in Geneva, and authorized by Banco Central de Cuba to open a Representative Office on October 29, 1999, a date in which its license was granted through Resolution No. 88, in order to manage, promote, or coordinate operations connected with funding, particularly for export and international trade operations, with entities domiciled in the national territory.
